the location was acceptable i suppose.
The room smelled awful. it reeked of stale smoke. i couldn't get the smell out, even after opening the windows for hours. It was disgusting. also, the noise from nearby bars kept me awake until 3 am every night. i booked a room to sleep, not to party.

The hotel boasts a convenient location near key attractions. I found the on-site gym really good. It included a steam room and sauna. Breakfast offered a decent selection, with both Thai and international options. The pool area (surprisingly spacious) provided ample room for relaxation .
The room size was a bit compact. Opening my suitcase fully proved challenging.

The location is really central, providing easy access to restaurants and shopping venues. Numerous convenience stores are within a short walking distance. Transportation options (taxis and ride-sharing services) are readily available near the entrance.

Staff members were consistently helpful and courteous . The front desk provided quick assistance with check-in and check-out. Daily housekeeping maintained the cleanliness of the rooms. They also promptly addressed any requests (for extra towels, for example).

hot steam roomnon-functional fob
the steam room did get quite hot, i will admit that.
the pool seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and getting in or out was a proper challenge with fobs that never worked right, i nearly took a tumble leaving the front so not good.

The gym has several machines. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes. The pool area includes twenty loungers. There is also a shaded section.

the gym was amazing, it could host body builders. the pool was also nice. the hotel is fancy for a budget hotel.
the towels were old and smelly. i found no place to put shampoo in the shower, so i had to put everything on the floor. there was also no water pressure at all at times.
